Sister Columbietttes and Brother Knights,
We want to thank the Knights for having social night with us, it was fun and the goodies were good. We discussed all of the fun things that are coming up this year. We’re planning a night at the races, Victorian Tea, Children’s Day on Sept. 20th, Polish night, Tootsie Roll Drive. We’ll keep you posted on dates and times.
Introducing you to our officers 2014-2015
“The Spiritual patronesses are the Blessed Virgin Mary, Thérèse of Lisieux and St. Joan of Arc. A Columbiette Auxiliary must be sponsored by a Knights of Columbus council. One of its purposes is to aid that Council spiritually, socially and financially in all its endeavors. The primary requirements to be a member of this organization is to be a Catholic female in good standing with her parish and to be 18 years of age or older. Secondary purposes include the spiritual, social and charitable welfare of their members.”

On Saturday, April 16, the Sacred Heart Columbiettes Auxiliary will host a Victorean Tea Luncheon from 12 pm to 2 pm in the Parish Hall. Lunch will be served and there will be many wonderful raffle prizes, door prizes, a 50/50 raffle, and entertainment. In addition, there will be contets for the most elaborate hat and the prettiest tea cup (guests need to bring their own tea cups). The proceeds from this event will be used to support St. Theresa Catholic Church.
