Prior to coming to St Theresa in 2018 as the Operations Manager, Marcia was an accomplished human resources professional for over 30 years where she specialized in creating and organizing comprehensive programs in for-profit and not-for-profit industries.  Marcia was born in the Canal Zone, Panama, where she was a third generation zonian. She is proud that her grandfathers were instrumental in the building of the Panama Canal — one operated the steam shovel. Marcia holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an associate in liberal arts from the Pennsylvanian State University.  Marcia and her husband Tom live in the home of their cat, Pendragon.
