After 47 years in broadcasting, I am now semi-retired and grateful to be living in the Ocala area, a place my partner Elizabeth and I have grown to love. Since 2010, we have produced a weekly radio broadcast together, continuing a lifelong passion for media, storytelling, and connecting with audiences.
In the summer of 2025, we spent several months volunteering at a Florida State Park in Fort Myers when the phone rang with an unexpected job opportunity. I did not know it at the time, but God had something special in store for me. That call led to four months of on-the-job training serving at a local church, an experience that deepened both my faith and my sense of purpose.
At the beginning of this year we made the decision to return home, and soon after the phone rang again, this time from St. Theresa’s. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve St. Theresa Parish and look forward to supporting the church’s mission, strengthening communication with parishioners, and helping share the life of the parish with the wider community.
